Most of the women we serve are survivors of domestic violence who have found safety but remain homeless.
We offer semi-transitional housing for up to nine families in a small, group home-like setting in southwest Denver.
We offer voluntary post-shelter services that help families remain stable and prevent chronic family homelessness; we build relationships, not case files.
We are grateful to the community and all our volunteers. Only because of their time and support, we are able to provide comprehensive services that reflect the love and compassion of Jesus Christ.
This Blog
Since we opened our doors in 2005, the Father Ed Judy House has had the privilege of working with a remarkable group of families. Their hard work, determination and resiliency has been inspirational.
This blog is designed to be a support to our graduates as they regain their footing in the community and work to maintain their self-sufficiency, and to share our mission with the wider community.

Hi,
I was wondering if you have a room open for a Mom with a 2 1/2 year old son.
Dear Cynthia,
We have been completely full with a waiting list since September! We may have some movement this week – but we have about 4 families on the waiting list. You can call over Wednesday to see what the status of the waiting list is. Hope you are doing well~
Can you tell me what is required of me to get a room. I have a 1 year old and I dont have a place to stay so its hard to get a job. Do you help with job placement or childcare?
Thank you
Michelle,
Yes. Please call us at 303 866-7641 and we would be happy to talk with you more about this.

My daughter and I have made several tag blankets and would like to donate them to your shelter. Can you send me your address. I will be coming from Highlands Ranch. Thanks–Anne Lynch
Thank you for thinking of us! We are happy to accept the blankets you and your daughter have made, and we will email you with directions.
Thanks again – we really appreciate your support.
